Chef Kether Acha

Chef Acha is a self-taught culinary artist with 15 years of dedicated experience in the culinary industry. Born in Limbe, Cameroon, he developed an early appreciation for the city's rich culinary   heritage and vibrant food culture.

His impressive journey began in esteemed kitchens in Athens, Greece, where he worked to support himself and cover fees while studying at the American College of Greece.

Upon moving to the United States, he       decided to pursue culinary arts                   professionally- an inspiration that came after successfully serving a renowned celebrity OSCARS cocktail party.

His vast experience thereafter spans         culinary institutions like Cherokee Town & Country Club, where he enhanced the dining experience for members. Eventually joining the team at Michelin Star Atlas Buckhead at the St. Regis.

With a passion for modernizing African     cuisine, Chef Acha aims to elevate               traditional flavors and techniques, making them accessible and appealing to a broader audience. His commitment to culinary excellence and innovation continues to inspire both his team and the guests who savor his creations. 

Brittany Johnson-Parks

Chef Johnson-Parks, an accomplished Executive Sous Chef, graduated from the prestigious Culinary Institute of America (CIA) in New York, where she honed her skills and passion for fine dining. After completing her education, she spent three transformative years working at Le Bernardin, a revered seafood restaurant renowned for its exquisite cuisine and meticulous attention to detail. Her               experience there not only refined her       culinary techniques but also deepened her appreciation for high-quality ingredients and elegant presentation. Following her tenure at Le Bernardin, Chef Johnson-Parks joined Kether, where she continues to elevate the dining experience with her creativity and dedication to culinary excellence. 

Dennis Ade Ayomide

Chef Ayomide, originally from Abuja, Nigeria, is a dynamic force in the world of fine dining. A self-taught culinary expert, he has honed his skills in some of the most prestigious kitchens, including the St. Regis Buckhead Atlanta and Michelin Star, The French Laundry, where he excelled as sous chef. His passion for the culinary arts is matched only by his love for learning new languages and maintaining an active lifestyle through fitness. Currently, he brings his unique perspective and culinary expertise to the esteemed team at Kether, where he continues to innovate and inspire.

Joey Cooper

Chef Cooper, a distinguished pastry chef and graduate of the esteemed Escoffier Culinary School, brings a wealth of experience and artistry to the fine dining sector. His culinary journey has taken him from the vibrant kitchens of Yama in Tokyo, where he honed his skills in traditional Japanese patisserie, to the acclaimed Benu in California, where he embraced innovative techniques and modern flavors. With a passion for creating exquisite desserts that are as visually stunning as they are delicious, Chef Cooper continues to elevate the dining experience, transforming each plate into a masterpiece that reflects his dedication and creativity.
